Makes me just smile... |
It actually matched my carpet and chairs come to think of it. I love also how my new favorite accents - the Geo Mesh and the Ribbons, added some character to my tree.
If you want to learn how to add mesh to your tree, check out this video on how to do it! It's really easy.

I mainly used plain jane ornament balls from Walmart and added some accent ornaments like glittered snowflakes and ribbons as shown in my previous post on how each ornament was grouped together.
I then scattered some icicles, bigger snowflakes and other balls around the blank spaces. We also have keepsake ornaments around. Gives the tree a more personal touch.

Again, the only new thing on this tree were the ribbons and mesh. Everything else were already things I had already or bought last year on clearance ( even the lights - although, I would advise you to get new lights for you tree every year, it's so difficult to change lights on a tree if one of the bulbs go off! The only reason I'm using the old ones is again, our absence eventually from this holiday).
I bought quite a number of items from Gaylord Opryland last year - just couldn't resist, I swear they have THE BEST Ornament Shops ever!!!!! Would love to got there again next year!
Have a happy Holiday !!!!!!
