I haven't done a lot of changes in our Master Bedroom, but I must say, with my plans of delaying setting up our Nursery, a lot of changes are coming into this room and I am gonna miss the way it looks now...
Our respite after a long day of work |
The window area is where the crib will go so this favorite recliner of my hubs ( a gift 4 christmases ago from moi), will have to make a move....
My 'messy' bedside table, will house a lot of needed baby feeding essentials (breastpumps, bottles, etc)...

This is our very messy dresser area. I'm planning to move this too to make way for my hubs recliner. Most of the stuff here anyway are non-clothing items, we'll see...
And of course, the "Baby invasion" has begun....
Some of her stuff |
I'm both excited and weary about this change, but more excited for sure. And I will surely keep you all posted on it.
We're going on a short vacation in Florida so I may be M.I.A. again next week. Hope you all will have a great one though!
Have a Great Weekend!
VEL
Would love to hear your thoughts! Please share away...
I remember how exciting it was when we started getting lots of stuff ready for our babies. The "baby invasion" is a fun time. :) Have a fun and safe trip to Florida!
ReplyDeleteYou have a great and big bedroom Vel, so the corner space you're adapting for the little princess is just perfect. I remember this too, it's something us mothers have to accommodate to the new baby and so comfy for us mothers to have baby next to us, specially at night!
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend sweetie.

Have a great vacation! And remember, your little bundle and all the little parts needed to make the first months comfy are the best decor of all!!!!! Jane
ReplyDeleteLovely considered home, sadly it will require a lot of baby proofing. Love the light and volume of the space. Thanks for the peak inside this home.

It is really getting close to baby time, how exciting These changes will be perfect for a few months, can't wait to see everything all done and the little one.
ReplyDeleteIs this your first? How exciting! The invasion won't last forever but having things close by will be appreciated. I used a bassinet in our bedroom for the first weeks then a crib in the nursery. Have fun in Florida!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see what you do with it!
ReplyDeleteWhat an exciting time, Vel. So glad you get a little vaca before the arrival of your sweet baby.

Babies definitely have a way of taking over our spaces, but mostly they simply take over our hearts. I'm so excited for you and your family. When is the due-date?
