Basement Guest Room BEFORE & AFTER

You know I just finished fixing up our basement guest room and I wanted to share the BEFORE & AFTER since I haven't done much decorating lately!

Take note, this room has no windows, has a crawl space hole above the bed, a storm room door leading to the storm room and no personality whatsoever.

  7. wow Vel, This is a beautiful room, with great ideas..............
Very clever to put up the curtains that makes it look like the room has windows and the curtain to hide the door, great camaflouge tip.............and it makes the room so soft and luxurious looking......
Love the colors and all that you did in there, simply charming.

  25. Beautiful and inspiring! It definitely doesn't look like a basement anymore. The coup d'eta would be a couple of Ikea RAST hacks, too!
